This session will highlight the importance of presentation, career readiness, and mental health—encouraging participants to show up confident, informed, and prepared.

Economic EmpowermentIntroducing practical concepts around work ethic, opportunity, and long-term success.
Education – Trade 101An introduction to skilled trades as viable, rewarding career pathways. This session exposes young men to alternatives beyond traditional four-year degrees and helps them understand how trades can lead to financial stability and independence.
Health & Wellness – Mental HealthLed by Avery Faucet of H.O.P.E 4 Humanity Inc., this session addresses mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and healthy coping strategies—reinforcing the importance of mental strength alongside academic and career success.
