This impactful session will bring together community leaders, educators, and professionals to pour into our youth through four core pillars:
Economic EmpowermentYoung men will be introduced to foundational concepts that promote financial awareness, responsibility, and long-term thinking—building confidence around money, opportunity, and ownership.
EducationFacilitated by Taniesha Freeman, this session will challenge participants to think critically, push past distractions, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles that often stand in the way of academic and personal success.
Health & WellnessLed by Chef Andarrio Johnson, this pillar will focus on the importance of nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle choices, helping young men understand how caring for their bodies directly impacts their performance, confidence, and future.
MentoringAt the heart of the MOY Program is mentorship—providing guidance, accountability, and real-life insight from men who are committed to helping the next generation rise.
