100 BMOGC Calendar Instructions

To add our membership calendar to your phone or other device, please send an email to requesting the calendars you'd like access to.  You'll receive an email granting you access.  See below for a list of calendar choices.

  • 100 BMC Membership (membership meetings and board meetings)

  • 100 BMC Committees (committee meetings)

  • 100 BMC Events (events that we are asked to participate in or sponsor)

The MOY calendar is public and can be accessed here.

After adding the calendar, you can follow the instructions below (for Android/Google Calendar and iOS/Apple Calendar).

Android/Google Calendar

  1. Open the Google Calendar app.

  2. Click the 3 bar menu on the left, scroll all the way down and click Settings.

  3. Scroll to the account you have received the email on (you may need to add the account to your calendar).

  4. If you do not see the MOY or 100 BMC Membership calendars, click "Show more" and they should show up if you clicked the "Add this calendar" link in the email.

  5. Click each calendar (e.g. MOY) and toggle the "Sync" switch.

  6. Repeat for each calendar you've added.

iOS/Apple Calendar

  1. Email the link below to yourself using an email address you access from your mobile device, or access this page from a mobile device.

  2. From the Calendar app, click the "Calendars" button at the bottom of the screen in the middle.

  3. Click "Add Calendar"

  4. Click "Add Subscription Calendar"

  5. In the URL box, paste in the URL above, which should be what you emailed to yourself (you can copy it from the email).

  6. Click subscribe.

  7. To enable alerts and attachments:

    1. Go to the subscription you just added, 

    2. Click the red "i" with the circle around it to the right of the subscription name, 

    3. Toggle the options you prefer.
