Edwin Terry is a retired Senior Manager at IBM and previously held a position of Vice President of Operation at Solectron Technology Inc. Edwin’s expertise is in Product Development, Quality Engineering and Manufacturing.  

Edwin received the Governor’s Award for Volunteer Service from the State of North Carolina, March 12, 2012 and Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteer service from President Barack Obama 2015.

Eric Craft is Executive Director, Supply Chain Strategy & Systems, for Collins Aerospace (a division of Raytheon Technologies Corporation). In this position, Eric is responsible for leading Supply Chain Integration, with a focus on delivery of cost synergies, integrated digital systems, business process excellence and operating model efficiencies across a $12B global supply chain. Prior to assuming this current role in Q3 2019, Eric led an organization responsible for commodity strategy, contracting, and cost reduction in support of the company’s $4B Indirect Supply Chain.

He is currently a 10-year veteran of Wells Fargo and has served in various Technology and Strategy roles throughout Enterprise Finance & Information Technology and more recently, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence for Auto Operations, providing Technology Strategy, Relationship Management, Metrics Strategy, and Operational Excellence expertise.

I’m an 11-year City of Charlotte employee, experienced Process Improvement Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. I am a strong information technology professional skilled in a Analytical Skills, Government, Team Building, Management, and Software Documentation. I lead an initiative to complete an initial Alternative Fuels Study Strategic Plan for the City of Charlotte.

Reginald (Reggie) Grant, a South Carolina native, completed his high school studies in the SC public schools prior to enrolling in the United States Navy.

At a young age and following a brief military career, Reggie relocated to Washington, DC, where he established a successful career. For more than 10 years, Reggie was employed with Virginia Tech’s Graduate Center in Falls Church, VA. During his tenure, Reggie held various leadership roles in both the College of Business as well as the College of Information Technology.

Duvale Murchison

SVP of MOY Programs

Born and raised in Lansing Michigan, Duvale Murchison retired from the Michigan Department of Corrections after 27 years of dedicated service. His pre-retirement work life also includes 19 years in radio broadcasting (1981-2001), 10 years in the music industry (1993-2003) and 12 years promoting live concerts and comedy shows/tours (2005-2016).

After a 3-day visit to Charlotte in 2014, Duvale relocated there in February 2015.
